Getting Started
How does TapItToMe work?
TapItToMe uses NFC (Near Field Communication) to instantly open your personal profile when your card or fob
is tapped on a compatible smartphone. No apps, no downloads — just tap and go.
Do I need an app?
No. TapItToMe works directly in the phone’s browser.
Which phones are supported?
Most modern smartphones support NFC, including:
- iPhone XR and newer
- Most Android devices released in the last few years
If a phone doesn’t support NFC, the QR code on your card provides a backup option.
Your Profile
How do I update my profile?
We will send you via email your link with secret token to make edits to your public profile. You can update your Name, title, Phone Number, Avatar and links. Anytime! So you’ll always have an up to date digital prfile linked to your devices.
How many links can I add?
As many as you like!
Cards & Fobs
What if I lose my card or fob?
No problem. Your profile is not tied to a single physical item. Replacement cards or fobs can be ordered,
and your existing profile will continue to work.
Can I have more than one card or fob?
Yes. Many customers use both a card and a key fob so they always have one with them.
Are the cards waterproof?
Yes — they’re designed for everyday use.
Shipping & Orders
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — free shipping within the United States.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. International shipping is available, with a $12 Postage & packaging fee added.
How long does delivery take?
- U.S. orders typically arrive within a few business days
- International delivery times vary by location
Payments & Security
Is checkout secure?
Absolutely. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. TapItToMe never stores your card details.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Simply visit this link and enter the email address you signed up with. Stripe will send you a link to your secure customer portal. In there you can edit details and/or cancel your subscription.

It is such an easy way to share information about my Zumba classes instead of having to take everyone’s number to add them to my WhatsApp group or ask them to join my Facebook page.
